Formerly part of Centra Health, and now under new ownership, The Summit has been infused with clinical and operational enhancements to take our care and service to the next level. Our dedicated team of physicians, nurses, therapists and other health care professionals provide personalized and exceptional care that leads to shorter recovery times and more thorough healing.

The Summit also shares a campus with independent living and assisted living care providers which means enhanced quality of life and service for those in our care.
