We are proud to launch a new website today for our friends at Meadowood Nursing Center!

The Meadowood story began in 1992 when The Baker Family, Calvin, Sr., Calvin, Jr., and wife Nancy, designed, built, and opened the Meadowood Nursing Center on Valentine’s Day, 1992. The land is nestled in a quiet, residential area in Clearlake that was originally designed to be a city park.

Our goal then and now is “Professional Service, Family Atmosphere.” Meadowood Nursing Center worked in harmony with the region’s acute hospitals and clinics and provided health care and rehabilitation services in Southeast Lake County and created approximately one hundred jobs.

With a highly trained staff of caring associates and a beautiful building resembling a home environment more than a traditional nursing home, Meadowood embarked on its 30-years of experience in care – with a consistent focus on the resident as the highest priority.

Meadowood continues to look for innovative ways to enhance resident and patient care. The same passion for resident-centered care, that started in 1992, still fuels Meadowood today.
